As the landscape of travel and large events continues to change, we are announcing FlexConnect, a brand new opt-in policy for the 2022 season. First, we want to be clear in saying that it is our intention to host all CDS competitions for the 2022 season as scheduled. Secondly, we heard your feedback from the 2020 and 2021 season and are proactively announcing this policy so that your team can make informed decisions about the 2022 season. While there is no perfect solution, we believe the opportunity outlined meets our mission to further education experiences while not jeopardizing our in-person competition planning. Like SAE’s LearnTwice Initiative, this limited and optional approach will reward teams who go the extra mile to help us grow our rapidly expanding SAE University Programs.
